- All orders are shipped with tracking number and signature required.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.
- Approximate delivery takes 5-7 business days.
- Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are correct on the order.
- Orders done with credit card must be shipped to confirmed billing address only.
- Shipping prices listed on our website and at checkout are ONLY for the 48 US States.
- Classic Hero Inc. does not provide shipping insurance and is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Please inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected.
RETURN POLICY
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in there original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
- Purchased items are returnable within 7 days of receipt.
- We charge a 40% restocking fee on all returns and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We will gladly exchange the part and pay for return shipping if a mistake is made on our part.
- All returns must be authorized and approved by Classic Hero Inc.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Orders canceled after payment is made but prior to shipment may be subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee is imposed by most payment processors.
