
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in there original box, and must include all packing material, manuals, and all accessories.
- Purchased items are returnable within 7 days of receipt.
- We charge a 25% restocking fee on all returns and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- There are absolutely no returns on electrical or special order parts.
- We will gladly exchange the part and pay for return shipping if a mistake is made on our part.
- All returns must be authorized and approved by Classic Hero Inc.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or method of payment, within 1-2 business days.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at classichero@yahoo.com.
